Trustwave Named Best Payment Card Industry Compliance Provider for Second Year in a Row

Card Not Present recognizes Trustwave for continued leadership in PCI compliance

CHICAGO - May 30, 2017 - Card Not Present (CNP) has awarded Trustwave "the Best PCI Compliance Provider" recognition for the second year in a row at the 2017 CNP Expo® held in Orlando, Florida.

This judge's choice award was given to the provider that "most effectively assists merchants in their efforts to remain compliant with PCI standards through scanning, assessing, investigating or assisting in the storage of sensitive payment information."

"As e-commerce and mobile payments continue to grow, retailers have a growing array of companies-new and old-bringing new technologies to bear to meet the challenges of accepting card-not-present transactions," said D.J. Murphy, editor-in-chief and co-founder of CardNotPresent.com and the CNP Expo. "That range of potential partners is reflected in this year's CNP Awards. The CNP Awards have become the standard by which companies, programs and services around the world are being recognized for excellence now and in the future."

Trustwave Vice President of Global Compliance and Risk Services Michael Aminzade said, "Trustwave has deep roots and history in Payment Card Industry compliance, and we're honored Card Not Present recognized Trustwave for our leadership in helping businesses not only remain PCI compliant but also for the security tools we offer that go beyond the traditional check-box approach to security. This is the second year in a row we were honored, and we look forward to continuing to lead and innovate in this market."
