Security devices help protect your business. You need to take the time to protect them. Most organizations today deploy security devices like firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and others to help safeguard their business from threats. Whether these devices are physical, virtual, or run in the cloud, to be effective they require regular health and availability monitoring as well as product and security updates. This monitoring and management can be labor intensive. It takes time and expertise to effectively manage devices and if not performed regularly, can result in compliance failures and/or security issues. The Trustwave Managed Devices service lets you offload the day-to-day management of security devices to Trustwave. Our experts support both Trustwave and leading third-party products and can manage either an existing environment or new deployments.
Trustwave experts have the experience and knowledge that comes from successfully managing and monitoring security devices at thousands of customer sites around the world.
With our global Security Operations Centers (SOCs) and automated processes, Trustwave can continuously monitor devices and alert you of issues.
The Trustwave Managed Devices service offering is available for both Trustwave and leading third-party devices as well as both existing and new deployments.
When you sign up for management for your enterprise security devices, the service also includes Managed Threat Detection for those devices.
Trustwave was named to the “Leaders” quadrant by continuing to move higher in ability to execute and further in completeness of vision within Gartner's graphical representation of vendor performance.

The Trustwave Managed Devices service consists of several elements. First, Trustwave experts will install and configure the Managed Device(s) to ensure all supported capabilities can be managed by the Trustwave SOC. Then, 24x7 monitoring and management is handled by the SOC. This includes health and availability monitoring, notification, change management activities when requested, and monitoring for product and security updates and applying them as needed.
When you sign up for management for your enterprise security devices, the service also includes Trustwave Managed Threat Detection for those devices. Managed Threat Detection adds to the 24x7 monitoring and notification of Device Management, while providing the level of visibility you need to detect advanced threats within your operations using up to the minute SpiderLabs threat intelligence and sophisticated threat hunting techniques. If you've had the misfortune to be breached, Managed Threat Detection helps reduce attacker dwell times, minimizing damages done and greatly reducing, if not eliminating, the potential for a breach.
The Trustwave Managed Detection and Response (MDR) for Endpoints complements the Managed Devices service by offering advanced monitoring and detection on endpoints. Being able to examine both endpoint and network device data gives Trustwave experts greater visibility and operational insight which can lead to faster detection as well as better protection and mitigation strategies.
