Chief Financial Officer
Matt Neisler is Chief Financial Officer at Trustwave and brings with him more than 20 years of experience driving financial performance, assessing risk and spearheading transactions including mergers and acquisitions for industry-leading companies with billions of dollars in revenue. Matt has in-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape and a track record for maneuvering through key global market challenges.
Prior to Trustwave, Matt was Senior Vice President, Americas Chief Financial Officer at DXC Technology, which comprised $9B in annual revenue. As Americas CFO, he was responsible for all aspects of finance for the region, including deal governance and the application of critical financial controls.
Prior to DXC, Matt held several leadership roles in Finance and Strategy with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and its predecessors. He served as Vice President, Finance Lead of Divestiture & Integration Management Office where he led the finance team responsible for successfully executing the divestiture of the Enterprise Services business (representing $18B annualized revenue) and integration into DXC.
Matt has also held leadership roles in corporate strategy consulting with Deloitte and PwC and accounting with State Farm Insurance. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from Illinois State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
