Trustwave Names Chief Financial Officer

CHICAGO - May 9, 2016 - Trustwave® today announced the appointment of Kevin Kilraine as Chief Financial Officer.

Kilraine joins Trustwave from Optus, a leading Australian telecommunications provider and Singtel subsidiary, where he served as a key finance and administration executive.

Trustwave Chief Executive Officer and President Robert J. McCullen, said, "Kevin brings vast executive financial and administration experience that will benefit the company as we take Trustwave to the next level as a global cybersecurity and managed security services leader. He will support our overall growth, international expansion plans and other strategic initiatives."

Prior to Optus, Kilraine worked with KPMG in senior assurance, advisory and consulting roles for enterprises and multinational corporations in the technology industry across a diverse range of engagements including strategy, operational review and business performance improvement. He holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from University College Dublin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from Dublin City University and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
