Julie Nagle is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Trustwave. Julie brings more than 25 years of experience strengthening the link between people, technology and corporate strategies for industry-leading global enterprises. Prior to Trustwave, Julie was Head of Human Resources at Harris Associates, LP., where she developed and implemented firm-wide talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, executive coaching and leadership development. She also drove technology implementations to improve efficiencies in recruitment, on-boarding and benefits enrollment and reporting. Julie also served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, at Forsythe Technology, Inc., where she was instrumental in driving critical change management programs and employee integrations for ten acquisitions. She has dual bachelor's degrees in employment relations and psychology from Michigan State University.
