Welcoming Tom Brennan to SpiderLabs

I am pleased to announce that industry veteran Tom Brennan has joined the SpiderLabs team. If you are headed to Black Hat DC , you'll get to see Tom in action as he presents " Checkmate with Denial of Service ". A little bit about Tom and his new role at SpiderLabs:

Tom Brennan, Director, Trustwave's SpiderLabs
Mr. Brennan joined Trustwave's SpiderLabs in January 2011 with more than a decade of business and technology experiences. As a Director for Spiderlabs, Brennan executes the companies strategic and tactical plans and recruits, manages and maintains business relationships with partners and is a liaison to internal teams.
Previously, Brennan was a member of WhiteHat Security, Datek Online and was a niche critical infrastructure services provider and has led teams by example since serving with the United States Marines Corps.
Brennan has industry accreditation such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), National Security Agency, INFOSEC Assessment Methodology (NSA-IAM), Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). In 2007, Brennan was appointed by his peers to the global board of directors of the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Foundation (www.owasp.org) as a guide for over 21,000 individuals across 160 chapters worldwide. Additionally, he serves as President of the 1,500 member OWASP New York / New Jersey chapter which he founded in 2004 after his tenure with the FBI Infragard program. He is a father of four great kids and a frequent speaker at information security conferences worldwide.
