Trustwave's David Broggy, Senior Solutions Architect, Implementation Services, joined a select few by being awarded Microsoft's Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Award.
This honor is given annually to a select group of technology leaders worldwide who share a deep commitment to community and have a willingness to help others. David is among 3,000 recipients of the award this year, representing 90 countries.
"I love to learn but even more I love to share what I've learned with others. Having this award will hopefully allow me to share my experiences with more people," Broggy said.
The MVP Award is a worldwide program that recognizes technology experts and community leaders who actively support technical communities through unique, innovative, and consistent knowledge sharing, according to Microsoft.

Broggy noted that attaining MVP status is complicated and requires years of effort working on Microsoft-related products.
"A person is nominated by a Microsoft employee or another MVP, and then you have to document your contributions that show your actions are worthy of recognition," he said. "You need to have passionately worked on something Microsoft related for several years – in my case, it was mostly Azure Security."
In the end, Broggy noted, "It's all about helping the community and proving you've put significant time into helping others outside of your work duties."
