Mike Nawrocki

Chief Revenue Officer


Mike Nawrocki is the Chief Revenue Officer for Trustwave, responsible for all aspects of revenue growth and performance. Mike provides leadership to the worldwide sales and partner organization.   

Mike brings 25 years of experience building and scaling world-class software and services sales organizations, building channel partnerships, and driving global growth at both private and leading public companies. He previously served as Vice President, North American Cyber Security Sales at Capgemini and was responsible for the sales of their full portfolio of cyber offerings and managed services. He also spearheaded the integration of the sales, pre-sales, sales operations and inside sales teams from Leidos Cyber when they were acquired by Capgemini. Prior to Capgemini and Leidos, Mike directed the global go-to-market strategy and sales execution of Lockheed Martin’s commercial cyber business as their Vice President, Global Sales.  

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Administration from Northeastern University.
