Don’t Let Complicated RFP Problems Slow Down Your Business

Trustwave is one of the finest pure-play cybersecurity companies in the business, capable of helping clients from almost any industry remain safe from cyberattack, but one little-known, non-cybersecurity service we offer is helping our channel partners decipher and answer request for proposals (RFPs).

Trustwave recognizes that RFPs are not only difficult for clients to organize and write (please see How to Avoid Common Cybersecurity RFP Pitfalls: Part 1 and Part 2) but can be challenging for a vendor to properly understand and process in a manner timely enough to win the contract.

This situation is where Trustwave’s dedicated global RFP support team can lend a hand. If you are receiving cybersecurity RFPs that are beyond the scope of your teams to handle either from a time or skills perspective, then let Trustwave help.

To help our channel partners Trustwave will take on the burden of responding to the RFP, but you still get the business! By doing so, we are not only relieving your staff of responding to a possibly unfamiliar product, but it will enable you to:

  • Develop more business within the growing cybersecurity market without any additional expenditure
  • Deliver a professional response to RFPs in a timely manner
  • Widen the scope of business you can go after
  • Help to develop more relationships within your customer base.

With Trustwave’s RFP team on board you generate additional revenue by responding to RFPs interested in acquiring a wide range of cybersecurity products.

Trustwave’s industry analyst cybersecurity expertise spans:

The process for any channel partner starts with the RFP being submitted to the Trustwave email alias RFP-EMEA-Sub@trustwave.com.

The Trustwave team will then conduct an initial review of the RFP to ensure we can in fact respond and deliver the service requested by the potential client. If Trustwave cannot fulfill the RFP we will let our channel partner know immediately so they, in turn, can get the word out to their direct client.
