Trustwave Attains Two Microsoft Partner Milestones

Trustwave has achieved two highly sought-after achievements from Microsoft, reaching Microsoft Verified Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR)  Solution status and becoming a FastTrack Ready Partner for Microsoft 365. These achievements will allow Trustwave to utilize the skills of its elite SpiderLabs team to better secure clients and deeper security solutions and integration with Microsoft Sentinel and Defender.

"We’re committed to prioritizing the benefits for mutual Microsoft and Trustwave clients on various fronts," stated Garrett Gee, Trustwave Global Vice President of Indirect Channels and Alliances. "With the added distinctions of being an MXDR solution and a FastTrack Ready Provider, we are thrilled to enhance our clients' protection with our industry-leading offerings."

To attain this status, Microsoft engineers reviewed and audited Trustwave's MXDR solution, judging that it meets the highest industry standards of round-the-clock security, including proactive threat hunting, investigation, response, and prevention services. Only security firms in the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program are eligible to receive this status.

MXDR is designed for organizations without the internal resources to properly investigate incidents, don't have 24/7 coverage, or lack the ability to triage events. In addition, MXDR will give security operators visibility beyond what their endpoint detection and response solutions provide, gaining the ability to visualize and correlate threat data across multiple domains.

"With malicious attacks on the rise, we understand security is front and center for our customers. That is why I am excited to congratulate Trustwave on achieving Microsoft Verified: Managed Extended Detection and Response solution status," said Rob Lefferts, CVP, Modern Protection and SOC, Microsoft. "Their solution closely integrates with Microsoft 365 Defender and Microsoft Sentinel and has been verified by Microsoft Security engineering to ensure that it provides comprehensive service coverage across the Microsoft Security portfolio."

Trustwave is a member of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA), an ecosystem of independent software vendors and managed security service providers that have integrated their solutions to help clients better defend themselves against cyber threats.

Microsoft accepted Trustwave into MISA based on its MDR response services for Microsoft Azure Sentinel and Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), which provide real-time triage, analysis, investigation, response, and remediation of security threats for Trustwave clients.

"The Microsoft Intelligent Security Association is comprised of some of the most reliable and trusted security companies across the globe," said Maria Thomson, Microsoft Intelligent Security Association Lead. "Our members share Microsoft's commitment to collaboration within the cybersecurity community to improve our customers' ability to predict, detect, and respond to security threats faster. We're thrilled to recognize and welcome Trustwave’s MXDR solution to the MISA portfolio.”

Trustwave is on the FastTrack

As a Microsoft FastTrack Ready Partner provider,  Trustwave is authorized to help Microsoft FastTrack customers take full advantage of Microsoft cloud solutions, and Trustwave can deliver a truly customized onboarding experience through our value-added services.   In addition, Microsoft partners who qualify for FastTrack Ready Partner status are approved to provide clients with an end-to-end experience and have access to Microsoft subject matter experts and adoption incentives.

FastTrack is a service provided by Microsoft that helps customers deploy Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Windows 10, and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)) cloud solutions. Customers with eligible subscriptions to Microsoft 365 can use FastTrack at no additional cost for the life of their subscription.

The FastTrack services include planning, onboarding, migration, and adoption services. In addition to access to online FastTrack resources, customers with 150+ seats can access remote guidance from an approved partner such as Trustwave or Microsoft FastTrack engineers.
