[APAC Replay] Enhancing your cyber resilience through attack simulation exercises

There is nothing like having first-hand access to what our experts have learned in the field.

Tune into this session replay to understand how you can maximise your defence capabilities through experiencing the effects of a cyber attack against your company via Red Team exercises, and gain the continuous feedback and knowledge transfer of Purple Teaming.

Our expert, Kevin Tran, Asia Pacific Director of our SpiderLabs team, shares how his team mimicks the Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) of real and relevant attackers for organisations, leveraging the fact that attackers don’t have “testing windows”, and how this can help to foster a collaborative culture of cyber security improvement.

Learn tips on how to know you're ready, how to plan for a successful simulation, and getting the maximum benefits from the exercise.

About our speaker

Kevin Tran, Director, APAC, SpiderLabs

Kevin Tran’s priority is to provide penetration testing and Red Team attack simulation services to clients across this region. Prior to this role, Kevin was a senior penetration tester at a Big 4 consultancy firm and worked around the world for over 5 years. He has led and delivered many complex penetration testing and Red Team assessments globally, whilst based in the United Kingdom and Canada before returning to Australia recently.

Kevin has hands-on experience testing various applications and networks across various industries, and guided his clients through tactical and strategic remediation planning to improve their resiliency against cyberattacks, focusing as much on aspects of people’s cyber awareness and process as technical controls.

Kevin, an Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) and a CREST Certified Tester – Infrastructure (CCT-INF) with a CISSP, has hands-on experience in delivering attack simulation exercises under the Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s iCAST Framework.
